Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Hellbender, you will be responsible for managing general sales inquiries, educating customers, expanding existing markets, and identifying new markets and opportunities. You will play a key role in driving the sales of Hellbender products and services by quickly addressing leads generated through incoming phone, email, and website inquiries and for targeting new customer acquisitions through outbound cold calls and emails. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, a positive and coachable attitude and experience selling technology based solutions in a business-to-business environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new sales inquiries
- Receive, assess, and qualify inbound leads
- Generate new sales opportunities through proactive follow-up on inbound leads, andoutbound cold calls, emails, and networking
- Drive new account growth and expand existing accounts through B2B sales of Hellbender products and services
- Educate current and potential customers about Hellbender products and services
- Develop strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Represent Hellbender at conferences, symposiums, and other events around thePittsburgh area as needed
- Provide customer feedback and market signals to product teams to help drive innovationon Hellbender product roadmaps
- Maintain accurate records and information on all customer activities in CRM
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:
- 2 + years of sales experience required, preferably in selling technology based solutions in a B2B environment
- Experience with CRM based tools, such as Salesforce, preferred
- Self-motivated with initiative to achieve sales goals and manage time productively
- Team-oriented with an ability to work effectively across the organization
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills with experience communicating to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships inside and outside the organization

Compensation: This will be a salaried, exempt position. Compensation to be discussed relative to experience and abilities. This position will be open to the company yearly bonus and retirement savings programs.
