Mine Vision Systems (MVS) is a team of mining engineers, geologists, and robotics and automation experts.  Our scanning technology has been used in over 50 customer engagements globally for mining applications that include face scanning, convergence, mine scanning, open pit wall scaling, volumetric reporting and shaft scanning. With the recent successful product launch of our FaceCapture™ Mapping System, we are in significant growth mode, and are seeking Account Executives to join our team.

As an MVS Account Executive you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead to close.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies that enable meeting/exceeding goals for bookings and sales/revenue
  • Building relationships with key customer teams including at the mine site level (e.g., Geology, Survey, Engineering) and corporate
  • Participating with MVS team members and leadership to provide thoughtful and insightful feedback on market conditions, product capabilities and solution performance
  • Forecasting and tracking activity within our Salesforce platform and keeping management informed in a timely fashion

  • Comfortable providing transformational digital solutions for industrial applications
  • Deliberate strategic thinker with the ability to successfully manage a sales process methodology
  • Track record of developing a deep understanding of customer’s business, workflows, and pain points
  • Creative individual who is eager to come up with new solutions and share ideas
  • A track record of successfully selling into organizations that have a hybrid decision making model; local/site level and corporate
  • Exercise an entrepreneurial mindset and thinking creatively to spot new opportunities
  • Display emotional intelligence and working with customers to build lasting relationships
  • Employ active listening skills and considering the ideas, thoughts and concerns of others 
  • Communicate effectively with various customer stakeholders 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • General understanding of the mining and/or infrastructure industry is a plus but not required
  • Comfortable with being underground in a mining environment
